No, shipping fees are not refundable.
Yes, a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund for all returned items that are not due to quality issues. Additionally, a repacking fee applies if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
If you cancel your order before it is processed for shipment, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
